Hotel Tossal d’Altea is a charming and gastronomic hotel located in a 300-year-old olive oil production mill in Altea. Thus, this traditional building has been restored, maintaining the atmosphere of yesteryear. The hotel has rooms with a rustic character and common areas such as the swimming pool and the gym.
The hotel had TESA Hotel Donna magnetic stripe locks, which have been installed for more than 10 years, from the opening of the hotel in 2007 to 2019.
In order to gain practicality and comfort, they sought to change the insert cards for proximity cards, so that over time the cards would not suffer from wear and tear and would not be decoded.
Trusting in the TESA brand, due to its good operation for 12 years with Donna Magnetic Stripe locks, they decided to renew all their locks to Donna Proximity, contracting the retrofit offer.
A simple renovation of the locks with the TESA Hotel team that provided an advanced access control system maintaining a classic and robust aesthetic. Thus, the management of the locks in the rooms was carried out in an easy to use and safe way, avoiding the decoding of the cards due to the entry of dust and their wear due to insertion.
