TEX14 Door Closer

The TEX14 door closer stands out for its cam mechanism that offers maximum smoothness of opening.

Main features:

• Compact design to allow installation in leaves with a thickness of 40 mm.
• Force adjustment mechanism, capable of controlling doors between 750 mm and 1100 mm wide and weighing up to 80 kg. Continuous adjustment of force EN1-EN4.
• EN 1154 certified.
• Two closing speed control valves plus opening brake.
• Extra smooth opening without losing closing capacity.
• High efficiency symmetrical cam mechanism.
• Can be installed on all types of doors and suitable for fireproof doors.
• Door requirements: Leaf width > 600 mm ;Thickness in wooden leaf > 40 mm ; Internal hollow in stile > 32 mm.
• Can be combined with DCG89 and DCG88 sliding guides with solutions for single or double leaf doors.
• Extraordinary stability in the event of thermal variations.
• The hydraulic control of closing speed is adjusted by means of an independent valve.
• 120° opening.
• The “latching” speed is adjusted with an independent valve in the last 7° of closing.
• Door closer body and guides fully reversible.
• High strength extruded aluminium block construction.
